By using the Site, you represent that: (a) you are at least the Minimum Age; (b) you have the consent of your parent(s) or legal guardian if applicable; (c) you have all applicable rights and authority to grant FIVESEASONSTUFF the rights granted in these Terms; and (d) you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Wholesale Orders – No Returns Policy

All wholesale orders placed through FiveSeasonStuff are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or defective items upon arrival.

Due to the nature of wholesale pricing and volume discounts, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, late delivery (unless due to our error), or items no longer needed.

We strongly recommend all wholesale clients:

• Review order details carefully before checkout.
• Order in advance to allow sufficient shipping time for events or seasonal needs.
• Contact us prior to purchase if unsure about product suitability or lead times.

We may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund as a goodwill gesture in certain cases, but this does not establish a precedent or imply any change to this no-return policy.

By placing a wholesale order with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Submission of User Content: Comments, Images, Videos, and Other Content

For any content you provide to FIVESEASONSTUFF on, through, or in connection with the Site, or otherwise disclose, submit, or offer in connection with your use of the Site or other websites such as Facebook, Snapchat, or Instagram that may interact with the Site, including comments, ideas, images, photographs, video clips, audio clips, graphics, tags, data, materials, information, and other submissions, including submissions with hashtags such as #FiveSeasonStuff (collectively, “User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide license (but not the obligation) to use such User Content in connection with FIVESEASONSTUFF (“IP License”).

This IP License includes, without limitation, the right to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, and incorporate such User Content into other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, in both digital and physical channels, for commercial or non-commercial purposes. In certain circumstances, FIVESEASONSTUFF may also share your contribution with trusted third parties.

You also grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide license to use your name, likeness, personality, voice, or any other materials or information you provide to us in connection with your content.

FIVESEASONSTUFF is under no obligation to: (a) maintain any User Content in confidence; (b) pay compensation for any User Content; (c) credit or acknowledge you for User Content; or (d) respond to any User Content.

You understand and agree that it is your obligation to ensure that any User Content you submit does not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other proprietary or personal rights. You also agree that User Content must not contain unlawful, abusive, obscene, libelous, infringing, hateful, pornographic, sexually suggestive, or otherwise objectionable content in FIVESEASONSTUFF’s sole discretion.

You are and shall remain solely responsible for any User Content you submit on the Site. If you do not want to grant FIVESEASONSTUFF the permissions described above, please do not submit User Content.

Placing Orders and Contract Creation on the Site

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

In order to contract with FIVESEASONSTUFF, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card or other accepted payment method. FIVESEASONSTUFF retains the right to refuse any order request and reserves the right to close your account at its sole discretion.

When you place an order, you undertake that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the payment method used, and that sufficient funds are available to cover the cost of the goods.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and your order has been dispatched.

Orders cannot be amended once they have been placed. Upon receiving your order, we may carry out a standard pre-authorization or verification check. Goods will not be dispatched until this check has been completed. Your payment method will be charged once the order has been accepted and/or dispatched as applicable.

As your product or products are shipped from the warehouse, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. Once you receive the dispatch confirmation email, a contract is formed between you and us in relation to the product or products listed in that email.

Please review the order confirmation email and dispatch confirmation email carefully. It is your responsibility to notify us of any errors or inconsistencies by contacting Customer Services at globalcs@fiveseasonstuff.com.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to delays resulting from postal delays, customs, force majeure, logistics issues, staff shortages, or other unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances for which we will not be responsible.

We are responsible for shipping in a timely manner, shipping to the address provided at checkout only, and providing a valid tracking number where available.

Shipping, Delivery, and Refused Shipments

FiveSeasonStuff makes every reasonable effort to ensure orders are shipped accurately and within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, local disruptions, high seasonal shipping volumes, or other events outside our control. Refunds will not be issued solely due to carrier transit delays outside of our control.

Correct Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. FiveSeasonStuff is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information, including but not limited to missing apartment or unit numbers, missing postal codes, or address changes requested after an order has already shipped.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order. Refunds will not be issued for orders that fail delivery due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Unclaimed or Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a shipment is held by the carrier or local postal authority and remains unclaimed, the package may be returned to the sender. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any associated costs, including return shipping charges, carrier handling fees, customs fees, and reshipment costs.

If the customer wishes to have the order resent, additional shipping charges may apply. Orders returned due to failure to collect the shipment are not eligible for automatic refunds.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery of a shipment that was correctly addressed and shipped in accordance with the order details provided at checkout, the order will be considered a refused delivery.

If the refusal occurs through no fault of FiveSeasonStuff, the customer will be responsible for all resulting costs, which may include return shipping fees, carrier handling charges, customs duties or import fees, and any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Orders refused without a valid delivery issue attributable to the seller are not eligible for refunds.

If the customer later wishes to receive the order, it may be resent at the customer’s expense and at our discretion.

No refunds or chargebacks are permitted for refused deliveries where the shipment was correctly sent and the refusal occurred through no fault of the website.

International Shipments and Customs

For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other local fees required by the destination country. FiveSeasonStuff has no control over customs processing times or local import procedures.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or import charges and is returned to sender, the order will be treated as a refused delivery and all resulting costs will remain the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Confirmation and Safe Drop-Off

Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, FiveSeasonStuff is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers should check the delivery location, mailbox, porch, yard, parcel locker, reception area, neighbors, building management, or other designated delivery areas before reporting a missing package.

Where a signature is not required, carriers may leave packages in a location they deem reasonably safe. By placing an order, the customer authorizes the carrier to leave the package at the delivery address when no signature service has been purchased.

If a signature delivery service or special delivery instructions are required, the customer must contact us before the order ships. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes Related to Shipping

By placing an order on this website, the customer agrees to these shipping and delivery terms. Payment disputes or chargebacks filed for orders that were successfully delivered, refused by the recipient, returned due to incorrect address, or unclaimed by the customer may be contested using carrier tracking records, delivery confirmation, and these Terms as evidence.

FiveSeasonStuff reserves the right to pursue recovery of costs associated with fraudulent, abusive, or invalid chargebacks.

License, Access and Restrictions of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, FIVESEASONSTUFF grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal use of the Site.

Except as permitted in these Terms, no material from the Site may be reproduced, distributed, sold, resold, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, copied, or otherwise commercially exploited in any form or by any means without the express written consent of FIVESEASONSTUFF. A FIVESEASONSTUFF account is used to provide a better shopping experience on our website. Anyone wishing to sign up for a FiveSeasonStuff account must be above 18 years old. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers; we do not receive full payment card details.

Gift Cards, Coupons and Promo Codes

FIVESEASONSTUFF Gift Cards can be purchased on the Site for use only on www.fiveseasonstuff.com. Purchases will be deducted from the card balance until the value reaches zero.

Gift cards cannot be returned once purchased, cannot be used to purchase another gift card, and cannot be used outside of the Site. FIVESEASONSTUFF Gift Cards do not expire unless otherwise required by applicable law. Please safeguard and keep gift card codes secure. FIVESEASONSTUFF is not responsible for any loss incurred after issuance.

Coupons and promo codes may be subject to specific eligibility requirements and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. Promo codes do not normally cover shipping costs unless specifically indicated.

Please note that any items purchased using Coupons or Promo Codes may be ineligible for return or refund where permitted by law and clearly stated at checkout or in the promotion terms.

Charge-Backs

Except in cases of unauthorized use of a payment method, the buyer must not initiate a credit card chargeback while an order is in transit, pending delivery, awaiting collection, or after confirmed delivery.

Any invalid or abusive chargeback may be disputed using order records, carrier tracking information, delivery confirmation, correspondence, and these Terms and Conditions.
